I work as an Engagement Specialist at the British agency The Social Element, where I also serve as a Moderator for PlayStation since 2019.
In this role, I ensure users engage respectfully and within legal guidelines, fostering a safe and positive online space — particularly for younger audiences. I’m also involved in account appeals and blog moderation, helping to maintain a healthy and supportive community environment. I later joined the Twitch Moderation Team during live events in France.

I am a Certified Moderator, registered in the British Register of Trained Moderators, ensuring employers can be confident that successfully trained moderators have met the required benchmark and are kept up-to-date with industry activities and current legislation.

In the past (2007 – 2017), I was an administrator of one of the largest pet forums in France, a highly active community with millions of messages and thousands of daily users.
My responsibilities included overseeing moderation teams, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment for users of all ages. I handled conflict resolution, user support, and sensitive content issues — building a trusted space for discussion, learning, and connection around pet care.


I help create and maintain safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environments — grounded in professional moderation, platform knowledge, and a human understanding of online behavior.

With extensive experience as a certified moderator, I work across social media platforms, forums, and branded communities to ensure that conversations remain respectful, legal, and aligned with community standards. I specialize in protecting both users and brands — particularly in high-visibility or youth-facing spaces.
